Warm up X 10 mins:
- 20 jumping jacks
 - 20 high knees
 - 20 butt kicks
 - 20 high kicks
 - 20 arm circles in each direction
 - 10 inch worms
 - 10 chest openers
 
Perform the following
circuit 2 times through, 1 min at each station, 30s rest between stations.  Rest 2 mins between circuits.
- Cable rows
 - Step back lunge
 - Incline push ups
 - Burpees
 - MB squats
 - Spin bike
 - SB crunches
 - Wall sit w/ DB bicep curl
 - Supine bridges
 - Plank ups
