Beginner Workout - June 13, 2012


Beginner’s Group
June 13, 2012

Warm up X 10 mins:
  1. 20 jumping jacks
  2. 20 high knees
  3. 20 butt kicks
  4. 20 high kicks
  5. 20 arm circles in each direction
  6. 10 inch worms
  7. 10 chest openers


Perform the following circuit 2 times through, 1 min at each station, 30s rest between stations.  Rest 2 mins between circuits.

  1. Cable rows
  2. Step back lunge
  3. Incline push ups
  4. Burpees
  5. MB squats
  6. Spin bike
  7. SB crunches
  8. Wall sit w/ DB bicep curl
  9. Supine bridges
  10. Plank ups
