Advanced Workout - June 13, 2012


Warm up X 1:
·      100 jumping jacks
·      100 prone runners
·      40 high knees
·      40 butt kicks
·      20 high kicks
·      20 push ups
·      10 inchworms
·      10 chest openers


Cards!!!

**New Rule:  Take out all the 2’s, 3’s, and 4’s from the deck!!**


Set A X 7 mins:
Aces = 50 prone runners
Face = 20 reps
Black = MB slams
Red = Side to side push ups, one hand on MB

Set B X 7 mins:
Aces = 20 burpees
Face = 20 reps
Black = Frog leaps
Red = DB squat to press

Set C X 7 mins:
Aces = 50 TPU jumping jacks
Face = 20 reps
Black = Band pull aparts
Red =  Bear crawls

Set E X 7 mins:
Treadmill – 8% incline OR spin bike – out of seat
