Beginner/Intermediate Workout - June 15, 2012


Warm Up: 1 mile walk or jog

Circuit: 1 minute stations 15s rest in between, 4 rounds
-Band Chop
-Flamingo Bicep Curls
-KB Swings
-MB Slams
-Bridge Hold
-Punching Bag or Jump Rope
-Bodyweight Squats

Stretching:  8 minutes
