Station 1:
DB Complex- do not put down DB until the set is complete
5 DB Snatch per arm
5 Lateral Lunge to Press per leg *both hands on DB
5 Step Up to Press per leg *both hands on DB
10 Med Ball Slams
Try to complete 4 rounds in the 10 minutes
Station 2:
Mini band around ankles whole time
1 lap Side Shuffle
1 lap Broad Jumps
1 lap Bear Crawl
20 Squats
Goal is 4 rounds in 10 minutes
Station 3:
0.1 mile sprint on treadmill at 8% incline
Plank DB Transfers 20 up/down and 20 side to side per arm - hold plank with one arm while the other moves the dumbbell
20 Hanging Leg Raises with straps on Pull Up Bar or holding yourself with elbows at 90 degrees
Once again, goal is 4 rounds in 10 minutes
