3/8/13 All Level Workout 2
Do the following cardio circuit as many times as possible in 45 mins...
Treadmill - 0.25 miles
Squat jumps - 25 reps
Jump rope - 100 reps
Prone runners - 50 reps each leg
Frog leaps - 25 reps
DB crossover jabs, 5-8lbs - 40 reps each side
