This workout was made for a client who will be traveling for the next few months.  She needed something to do in her hotel room or in a park.  The only piece of equipment you will need is a jump rope.
Do the following
circuit 2-3 times through.  Take as little
breaks as possible between exercises. 
Take a 2 minute break between rounds.
- High knees in place X 50 reps total
 - Squats X 20 reps
 - Jump rope X 50 reps
 - Push ups X 20 reps
 - Jumping jacks X 50 reps
 - Wall sit X 30 secs
 - Mountain climbers X 50 reps total

 - Elbow plank X 30 secs
